I graduated from Northwestern University in 2021 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I continued my educational training by becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES).
Individuals and athletes of all skill levels who are motivated to achieve and maintain an active lifestyle often face physical obstacles impacting their ability to achieve these goals. These obstacles can be a current injury, pre-existing conditions, pre or post surgical care, or guidance for best practices.
My education and experience place me at the forefront of the industry combining up to date techniques with an overall holistic philosophy.
